I love jump roping because its such a great full body workout, that can literally go anywhere with you! This rope is like no other though! It actually counts your jumps aloud (or through headphones) or you can just watch the count on your smart phone/ tablet as you jump. Also you can adjust it for your height to get the best jump experience, which is major! There is an app (Google Play and Itunes) called Smart Rope that makes this rope a blast challenges with yourself and challenges against others who have Smart Rope, keep up with calorie burns etc!
